Perfect stay, clean room, nice quiet and safe area, super friendly staff, and breakfast was good. Used onsite laundry and gym which were as nice as can be expected. Will definitely consider staying here again.

When I arrived for check in after a long travel day, imagine my surprise that despite having a confirmation from Expedia there was no reservation for me. HAROLD, the front desk clerk, was very gracious and kind. He called the Expedia contact the hotel had and found that there was a glitch at Expedia and despite charging me and sending me a confirmation Expedia had never made my reservation. He stayed on the line with Expedia and handled the issue efficiently and professionally. He even apologized for the hiccup even though it was entirely Expedia's fault! He apologized but I never heard from Expedia. HAROLD definitely saved the trip! Thank you, HAROLD!
