The staff was amazing! The room was spacious and had everything that we needed. The hotel is centrally located to the mall, restaurants, stores, and easy access to the highway. Two issues: parking lot was not plowed and it was difficult to park in snow and unsafe to walk on pure ice. Second issue is no business center or even a way to print boarding passes.
