I called and told them i would be thrre arpund 9pm. When i got there they changed my rate and chatged me more ... i then noticed they never checked me into my reservation but just checked me in as a walk in which is the rate change

Staff was very low. I was not advised that my purchased room was unavailable until check-in. I was given a non-smoking Jacuzzi room. When I arrived to the room, there was a fresh smell of cigarette smoke. There was no remote for the television. The toilet was constantly running. There were also burn marks on the toilet seat. As mentioned I was given a Jacuzzi room…. There was no running hot water in the Jacuzzi. This was absolutely a terrible stay.

The room was clean, the air conditioner didn't work instead of blowing hot air it blew cold air we had it sat on 90, the tub was cracked and when you sit on the toilet it rocks. The office staff was professional and nice, the rooms just need small repairs. No bugs in the room neither and the location is convenient.

Smokers room needs to be aired out for non smokers. The room wasn’t bad. I didn’t care for door covering refrigerator area. TV got one station & wasn’t able to change or turn off. Bathtub did look filthy on the outside. Bed was fine. Just needs better atmosphere around the hotel.
