Spacious, clean and quiet!

Very convenient location. Very spacious studio apartment. The walk in closet was great for unpacking and storing suitcases.We enjoyed the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again! Great communication with the owners. No issues at all.

Rainy Season

The property was as promised. Was unfortunate time to be there as due to storms and lightning, I don’t have electricity for the majority of my stay. This absolutely was not due to anything but nature. I would liked to have been able to access local tv stations, it no big deal. All in all, I would do it again.

Location, comfort, and affordability

This is a clean, comfortable, and convenient property. It's in a great location and within walking distance of area restaurants and shops. We were visiting family in nearby Centerville and this was perfect for our needs. Jenn was a fabulous host and prompt to answer any concerns or questions. We will be staying here on our return visits!

Perfect Place

I do not know where to start. This place was a great place. I felt safe and comfortable! The added touches of an essential oil mister and the binder with information. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a good size. I will DEFINITELY be back as Jenn was a great host. *It is located on the top floor with no elevator which was not an issue for me but if someone has a hard time with stairs, I do not recommend staying. As great as a place it was though!

Wonderful place to stay!

I absolutely love this place. The accommodations are very comfortable and has everything I needed. It's also in a very convenient location and close to the beautiful Lincoln Park. So glad I found this little gem in the middle of Kettering. Perfect place to stay.

great place for a long visit

Was pleased with how clean and updated everything was. Only issue was that the knives in the kitchen were all huge and dull. Also no vegetable peeler. But over all I loved the place. If I ever stay in Dayton again I would come back here.

So cute

I plan on renting Jen's studio every time I come to Dayton from now on. It was so clean, the check-in process was easy, and it is in a prime location for me. I have a lot of family that I visited when I'm in Ohio and it was great to have a safe, clean space to relax in afterwards.

I loved this place. It was a perfect place for me to hide out and study and get some sleep for a change. The bed was almost too comfortable; I could have nested there forever. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating when I messaged her.

Good time in Kettering

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was in close proximity to every thing we planned to do. It was in a quiet area. The towels could have been thicker but aside from that, it was perfect and if we go back to Ohio, we would stay there again if it was avaiable.

Great Stay

Great place to call home for a month. Gonna miss it. Pictures didn’t do it justice. Very spacious, comfortable bed & couch, huge closet, I could go on & on. Quiet building and neighborhood.
