This property is VERY clean and located nearby several eateries that are walking distance. Dayton was a surprise quaint city with lots of diversity. We would definitely choose this property again when we go back to visit.

Best ever! Exceeded the listing, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, cool decor, thoughtful touches and a safe neighborhood with a park and playground. We walked to dinner only a few blocks away. Some of the books and decor things were really dusty, but otherwise it was pretty clean. It’s a small place good for two people. Though I wish the bedroom was separated- there is no door to the bedroom and there is also a way to look int the living room from the bedroom so not much in the way of privacy if you want it. Cute area though with a lot of nightlife within walking distance. Good for a short stay.
