I’ve never been given an ADA room as requested to then 15 min later while getting settled told that I either need to move to another room or go to another hotel. I have also never had the receptionist burst into tears by simply asking for a receipt indicating the first room offered was cancelled. Thus receptionist had a complete meltdown and ultimately left front desk mid sentence. And no, I never once yelled at her or became irate at the room change. I wouldn’t suggest staying at this property also because the rooms smelled like mold and must and whole place needs a serious renovation but area didn’t have a lot of options being in such a rural area. The hotel/ motel could use more staff training as well as health code training.
