Every time housekeeping came in (rarely) the key card reset, we had to go down to the front desk. Sadly, they couldn’t care less. We found 2 roaches and again, couldn’t care less. No offer to change rooms or even an apology.

Location, Bed and TV were good, but we had a long list of things that weren't good. Maintenance is sorely needed on this room. We were locked out of our room for an hour because the door wouldn't recognize any keycards and 2 different people were called in to try to fix it. The mini fridge is so cold it freezes everything, and our drink froze and broke the glass of the bottle the toilet runs and you have to take the cover off and fix the water flap the sink isn't on tight and the water doesn't get hot the outside security light is turned to brightly shine inside the room the breakfast is terrible. The 2nd day was even worse, as it was a reheated terrible breakfast from the 1st day. The staff was nice but it's one of the few places I've been where the front desk does not wear any uniformed or branded clothing.

Jason and his team are always on top of things. They have breakfast Monday to Friday 6 to 9am, Saturday and Sunday 7 to 10am. Eggs sausage biscuits bagels Danish fruit cereal coffee and tea and waffles!!!! Rooms are clean and the queen suite is spacious for a family of 4. The only thing missing is a light just under the microwave to brighten the sink area. Room 217 looks over the front of hotel and is a queen suite. Sofa bed not that comfy so use it for sitting unless you have a rock hard back that feels nothing.
