The door to the balcony was broken and wife cut arm badly. I accidently left my watch in room and it disappeared. We didn't realize it was missing until we got back home. It was an expensive watch. Housekeeping said they looked everywhere and didn't find it. Only one other person had entered the room and that was the person who the front desk sent up to repair the balcony door. He was the only person who entered our room during our stay as we had sign on door that indicated we did not require housekeeping. I may have to fill out a police report. We filled out an incidenet report for the arm injury

NSB 2025

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which is the biggest take away from this hotel. We had an issue with our first room, but Hannah at the front desk helped get us into a different room with no problem. The rooms could use a little refresh, but they were comfortable for us for a couple of days. The view was beautiful and beach access was a plus. It’s turtle mating season and they had signs posted about how not to affect their environment and I thought that was awesome! All in all, we had a great time in NSB!

Dog-friendly hotel was just OK

We came for our anniversary and brought our dog. Maybe the dog rooms are different than other rooms, I have no idea. The carpeting seemed old and kinda gross, so we wore our shoes the whole time. We had two double beds. One was ok, the other had a big dip and lots of lumps. Very uncomfortable. Location on the beach was great!

This hotel is right on the beach. The rooms are large and well maintained. Staff is great. Great restaurants right across the street. It just needs some updating. Great stay.

Nice location. Needs MAJOR CLEANING and updating.

So the first day at the hotel we were glad to see and hear the ocean. Shortly after our check in 1 of the 2 elevators broke and was out of service our entire stay. Making us have to use the emergency stairs a handful of times. Second night of the stay, my wife noticed the phone, had mold growing out of it. Then she freaked and started looking everywhere.. it doesn't look like the room had been cleaned Fully in a long time.. the tabletops were clean, but table legs were extremely dirty. Porch had cigarette butts even though no smoking was allowed. The carpet was rolled in the middle of the room. Causing a trip hazard. The hotel was an amazing spot but I would not stay there again. Due to how dirty the room was
