Every time we left our room we had to go back to the front desk because the door wouldn't open so finally the 3rd time maintenance came and changed the lock. The elevators are slow and smoldering hot as there is no fan or ventilation. The hallways are HOT as again no air conditioning. There were tiny ants crawling all over the bathroom vanity and sand on the floor.

Room was great but service was terrible. Lady at the front desk threatened to cancelled my prepaid stay that was for my 21st birthday because I laughed at my friends. She stated that it was rude and disrespectful and she has no problem canceling my reservation if I was going to continue. Also, the housekeeping staff tried to open and get into our room multiple times (no where close to check in and the privacy tag was on the door) I felt disrespected by just about every staff member that worked there, even saying excuse me to get past other housekeeping staff, I was given disgusted and dirty looks.
