Direct oceanfront 3rd floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo w outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 6.
Bedroom has 2 king size beds. Sleeper Sofa in Living Room. Large TVs in bedroom & living room. Kitchen has tableware, silverware and ample pots/pans/utensils and small appliances (Keurig, micro, large toaster oven, blender).
Laundry available on same floor, near the elevators (card operated). Single load detergent/softener/dryer sheets available at front desk for $1 each.
NO pets / NO smoking – monitored & fines imposed.

Overall we had a really good experience, the location is in a perfect place from any Daytona destination. The condo is very nice in terms of space and occupancy. Unfortunately the pools and area was under construction. Really didn't play into anything just a bit annoying. The owners are very nice and reply right away. Well worth the price that we got it at, if it was priced higher, probably would not be as satisfied. Very upset about the 150 cleaning charge and the floors were not clean and vacuum didn't work. As stated overall we enjoyed our stay... Thank you.

Chillin at the Beach

Typical beach front condo. Some kitchen items provided but bring extra basics (kitchen towel, paper towel, soap). Small cooking area with 2 extra burner cooktop to add to countertop if needed. Pans are slightly warped making hard to heat evenly. Bed comfortable. 2. Chairs on balcony. Neighbors are also rental so people come and go.

Great Ocean View

The property was as described in the listing. Even though it was a little chilly, the sun shining on the deck and a cup of coffee made for a nice morning. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were very quick. I would stay here again!

Great Experience

My stay started out rocky due to the resort being remodeled and I was unaware that pools and resort amenities being limited. But me and my family made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves. Host was very pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely book when resort is done remodeling.

Clean and quiet!

Our condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Views from our balcony were beautiful. The property itself has had a tremendous amount of damage due to the hurricane but is understandable. Would definitely return!
