This is one of "The Best Little Condos In Daytona". Unit 614 is the larger of the 1 bedroom units at Harbour Beach and features spectacular Direct Ocean Views from both the bedroom, and living room! This NE corner corner unit allows a panoramic North, East and South view from the balcony.
The condominium complex adjoins an Oceanfront Park with Covered Picnic Tables, Cook-out Facilities and Children's Play Area.

Harbour Beach Resort underwent a multi-million dollar restoration which was completed in 2010. In addition to the cosmetic improvements, the complex replaced all of the balconies, railings, glass sliding doors, windows and air conditioners. Unit 614 underwent a complete restoration which was completed in 2012. Included in the restoration was Wainscot Wallpaper, Chair Rail and Crown Molding, South Sea Rattan Living Room Furniture and Cottage Style Bedroom Suite. "Cottage Style" Kitchen Cabinets have been installed as well as a Built-in Oven and Smooth Cook Top, Full Size Refrigerator, Under Cabinet Microwave and Glass Mosaic Backsplash.

Great view of the Atlantic

I’ve stayed in several of the condos in this building and this is one of the nicest ones. It’s also very convenient for me as a person who comes to Jeep Beach week to have a place across the street to keep my truck and trailer. I’m sure we do business in the future.

Relaxing getaway

Property was perfect and exactly as described online. The condo had a perfect beach view with a balcony to enjoy morning sunrises with coffee and evening cocktails. There was everything you needed to make your stay pleasant along with plenty of storage space in the condo so you weren't tripping over anything. There is a heated pool and gated area with private beach access to the resort that made it very nice and secure as well. Very enjoyable and relaxing. The property owner, William, was very responsive to any questions and had everything communicated perfectly prior to our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Great location right on the beach!

Awesome views from this condo in both the bedroom & Living Room. Heated pool and plenty of seating at the pool. Walk to several restaurants and shops. Local restaurants did not disappoint! All very tasty and excellent friendly service. Condo building very safe, secure and clean. Rooms and building could use updating. Enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!

Fantastic condo on the beach

Rented this condo in order to go to the Daytona 500 NASCAR race. The condo was exactly as shown on VRBO, which was a truly pleasant surprise. The beach is directly in front of the condo with the views north and south down the beach. It was wonderful to be able to get up in the morning and then take a 5 mile walk in either direction. It was very close to a number of wonderful restaurant, including JOES crab shack on the pier. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a wonderful stay on the beach in Daytona you will not be disappointed.

A Vacation to visit Family

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Everything was just as described. I’ve always wanted to see a sunrise over the Atlantic, and there it was! A beautiful place to vacation. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. Both straight to the east and also towards the north east. (Joes Crab Shack) A wonderful place to relax or to use as your hub as travel around the area. The property owner is great, we didn’t need much but he was eager to keep us comfortable. I hope this property is available the next time we visit Florida.

Get Away

We were looking for a place of refuge to get away with an ocean view and all its amenities. We were not disappointed. The view from this condo is fantastic and everything you need is available in your condo. Bill the unit owner is very thorough in his communication from start to finish.
