Resort is Downtown on boardwalk. Weekend concert in Daytona Beach Clamp Shell, boardwalk shops, restaurants, movie theaters, pier, and amusement park all on boardwalk. All in easy walking distance. You will be staying right in heart of everything.

Check in April 6 for a seven. Checkout on or before April 13. You will stay in a two Bedroom, Two Full Baths, Full Kitchen, There is direct beach and board walk access from property. This is highly rating resort. Unit has fully supplied full kitchen. Beds: King in Master, two Double beds in second and Queen sofa sleeper in living room. Sleeps eight with the sofa sleeper in living room. One free covered parking space included, extra paid parking available across street.

There are two on-site outside heated pools, one with a water slide and a separate kids poll6 . Besides the two outdoor pool there is a lazy river, three outdoor hot tubs and two indoor pools. Complete exercise room, game room for teens, play room for kids with activates.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day for check-in, questions, and service.

The floor you will be staying in strictly controls who stay on it. It is an up graded floor. An owner must register any non-owner and pay a fee for that guest to stay. The cost of this fee is included in what I list the property.. Only the person named on the purchased certificate can check in. I must hear from you at least four weeks prior to check-in, if you want a different person to check-in. Once I purchase the certificate, the name on the certificate can not be changed.
