There are 2 pools on the property the one on the northern end of the property is open. The other is under construction.

Great location near all attractions. 1.3 miles to Main Street bridge and 1.5 to the boardwalk. Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony with direct ocean views. 1 bedroom with queen bed and 2 full bathrooms. Oceanfront condo

The unit has a beautiful view! It was very clean and nicely furnished. It was great to have a second bathroom. The one pool was open and had nice lounge chairs with cushions. If you’re familiar with Daytona beach you will expect some craziness but it felt very safe here, the beach was patrolled often. The only downside was the closest elevator was out of order, but I could easily take the stairs. It is an older building and nothing fancy but if you want to be right on the beach you can’t beat it!
