Hotel is old

Not happy with this stay. The beds, sheets and comforter were dingy and old looking. Hotel is old looking, once you’re inside it looks like a hotel that received old things from OTHER HOTELS that were getting Remolded! Just not pleased with the Rooms at all. The staff were friendly but the hotel needs UPDATES especially when it comes to the BEDS!!!! Oh and you need more Outlets for technology

The corridor carpet on the second floor looked dirty and/or worn out. The bathroom door didn't close properly. There was a law enforcement event during our stay that made us feel unsafe. The trash can outside the front entrance was dirty and the parking lot had pieces of trash on the floor. The hotel seemed in worse shape than other Hampton Inns that I've stayed at previously.

The only thing that was nice was the friendly staff and they did have good coffee in their main coffee areaWe needed a pet friendly room for our cat so we stayed in room 325. As soon as we entered the room smelled very musty like wet dog. I realize being a pet friendly room is probably gonna have a bit of a smell, but it was very strong. Also, the humidity in there was tremendous. The rug and the furniture was moist. The coffee maker in the room did not work. The breakfast was very poor. The fruit had no flavor. The shells on the hard boiled eggs were so hard to peel that by the time you peeled it there was no egg left. There was nothing healthy to eat. I would not stay in this hotel again.
