***IMPORTANT NOTICE *** Balcony restoration work IS COMPLETED on our side (N, NE, and NW facing sides) of the building. The other side (S, SE and SW facing side) of the building will have work done as the balcony restoration project continues. As such, guests should experience minimal noise levels on our side of the building but the other side will be affected depending on the type of balcony restoration work being performed. Overall completion of entire building is expected to be sometime in 2026.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fabulous Getaway

This is my second stay and I'm planning two more trips this year. It's a great location with spectacular views. The unit is extremely well appointed and comfortable - lots of extra touches. As a woman traveling alone, I especially appreciate the building security.
