Perfectly located on the beach and close to shopping, dining, and top attractions, this relaxing retreat offers everything you need for a memorable stay — at a special discounted rate while the resort continues its exciting renovations.

Important Update:
Following the hurricanes that impacted Florida’s east coast, the Condo Owners Association has purchased the resort and is investing in major repairs and upgrades. Several amenities have recently reopened, including:
One outdoor pool (North)
The indoor pool
The fitness center (gym)
Sauna

Other resort features — including the remaining outdoor pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, and on-site restaurant — are still under renovation. These ongoing improvements are reflected in our reduced nightly rates, giving guests a rare chance to enjoy oceanfront living at great value.

This ocean-view getaway includes:
A private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean
A comfortable bedroom with two queen beds
A queen sleeper sofa in the living area

A fully stocked kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, two-burner stovetop, toaster, coffee makers (drip and Keurig), blender, and kettle (please note: there is no oven)
Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, linens, bath and beach towels, and basic cleaning supplies.

Parking:
The resort garage is under maintenance, but free parking is available in any unrestricted space in front of the building or in the adjacent lot just south of the resort.
Please note that trailers are not permitted on the property.

Property is pristine and serene. Safe and sound. Beautiful beach view. Abounding with amenities to make our stay comfy and cozy. Shopping and dining in walking distance. However, all you want to do is watch waves and enjoy the natural beauty of nature. Owner made process simple to check in and check out with all of the information needed. I have to go back later this year and will definitely choose this place again.

The condo itself was nice, although due to the hurricane the building itself had several jacks stabilizing it, the pool and deck were destroyed, and the parking garage was damaged beyond use. If I had been made aware of the issues before arrival, i would have definately canceled my reservation.

Loved the room and the owner was great responded very quickly to any questions I had. Wish the pool deck was in a better state but the owner open and honest about everything!!! Great experience with this owner!!! I would recommend him!

Great room. Property...not so much

The room we rented was great, better than expected. However the property itself was not as nice as the room. Hallways were filthy, parking was nightmare. Granted, this was during a bike rally but you would expect that the property be prepared to house motorcycles.... Again, the room was great and if the pool was open it would have been even better.
