The outsode looks nice for pictures, they have us the wrong room at first, then hot the right one with ni hassles, the elevator control panel beeped ALL night long which stopped us from staying a second night. The roach (i named leeroy) in the hallway was impressive, but the one little one that climbed onto my daughters pillow at night, woke her up and freaked her out. The inside of the rooms is really modern and nice, as for leeroy, its hard to control him visiting in places that large on a beach. The super bonus. 7-11 is across the street.

The property was great especially for the winter months with kids. It’s also beach front with amazing views and easy access to the beach. Highly recommend if traveling with children.

Beautiful view of the ocean from our room on the first floor. Easy access to the beach and amenities. Rapid response by staff to small issue in room. Great indoor pool and hot tub, although the jets were not working in the hot tub.

For the price, the room was great. We had a kitchenette room with an ocean view. The view was beautiful and we were able to sleep listening to the sound of the waves. The resort is also central to restaurants and shops. The only con is that the room had a slight musty smell. Parking is free for one vehicle and $10 for every additional vehicle. Additional vehicles need to be parked in a separate lot across the street.

The entire team is outstanding — from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless, and maintenance is quick, professional, and attentive. The staff overall is pleasant, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which truly makes this hotel feel comfortable and well cared for. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. • Michelle (Front Desk): Michelle was warm, professional, and extremely helpful — she made check-in smooth and welcoming. • Toni Ann (Front Desk): Toni Ann was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a great attitude. • Paulette (Manager): Paulette is an excellent manager — professional, kind, and clearly dedicated to maintaining a well-run, welcoming property.

Excellent value! Perry’s Resort is well maintained. It was far better than my expectations. The balcony views of the beach are terrific. The beach, maintained by Volusia County, was clean and felt safe. The staff seemed eager to assist in any need I may have had. This was my first visit to Perry’s. I will definitely consider it for a family trip with my children and grandchildren.
