The staff was excellent. The room is great ,clean,efficient. Easy access to beach 2 nice pools outside and a heated pool inside. Our room we could hear everything outside going on. The rooms seem to have been updated but the hotel has not. The grounds,pools sea wall all have been redone. The tiki bar is run down, it was rainy and windy while we was there i waz waiting for it to fall. Overall it was ok but for the money i will pass. You can stay at nicer hotels with breakfast for same or cheaper

Check in was backed up as rooms were not ready. room overlooked a1a and parking lot with cheap plastic blinds that let in way too much light. Real kicker was no hot water or room phone. Front desk said there was phone issues and stated they notified maintenance about water. Two hours later still no maintenance and front desk stated no other rooms and that repairman had been out that day to work on the hot water on the premises. Very surprised and disappointed that a hotel would knowingly rent a room without hot water and not have other rooms available Will never recommend this hotel!

The overall stay was not as expected, first I was giving the room next to the elevator, very load exterior from the guests and workers too, reported this to the front desk agent who was there by herself with lines of people, she said she can not do anything about it, room was not properly cleaned to the point I found a hanger on the wall frame was not removed from the previous guest. All night long the loudness of the elevator keep waking me up. Woke up next day with a headache. Terrible experience.

Rooms were nice. Staff was courteous but very slow. The check in time is 4 PM and we reached 6:30 still the rooms were not ready. We had to wait 2 hours at reception with kids very tired coming from visiting magic kingdom and NASA back to back days.
