A bonus is the rooms at Perrys have a stove, pots, pans, dish's and a refrigerator so you can save money by eating in.

No shower or even a water hose available coming in from the ocean.Also not available in or around the main outdoor pool area. There were never any pool towels at any of the three pools all week. We had to ask multiple times and even then it took hours for them to arrive.

We take an annual vacation every year to Perrys! It is always so family friendly and has an inviting atmosphere. Our favorite this in the activities center for the kids, this year we did tie dye shirts!

This was my second time staying here and it won't be the last. My room in the south tower was very clean. The front desk and staff were so helpful and nice. Make sure you get the donuts for breakfast!!

I really enjoyed our stay here! This was our first year in Daytona and we can’t wait to come back. It was peaceful and relaxing. We loved the walkability to the beach, being able to get in the pool, and being close to different eatery’s and stores.

Can’t wait to come back.

Our family spent 3 nights at Perry’s. We received daily texts from the manager who made sure we had all we needed. We got Daily room service of trash and towels. It was quiet. It is an old hotel but very clean. When we pulled up, I almost didn’t stay. I’m glad I gave it a chance. The rooms have been updated. While it is run down, it is very clean. Staff was very friendly. The homemade doughnuts every morning were great. We grilled overlooked beach each night. The second night there, while on a beach walk, we came upon a sea turtle. It was a magical trip. We can’t wait to stay again

Hot tub wasn't working ... Very important to me ... Clerk Toni-Ann said it was woking, Not true, even the maintenance man said it was not working!!! Very disappointing!!!!! Love the place, hate the lies. Posting/google review this for those who need functionality if a spa, hot tub with hot jets for achy joints and painful areas.
