Bad even by Red Roof standards

The PLUS is for the extra mold and dog smell that you get for free with the room. No soap, no shampoo, broken bathroom door. Loud, property dirty. Room lighting better fitting a dollar store. Here's my favorite part. We got this room because we wanted a hot tub. Hot tub is empty with loose caution tape on it like a pathetic murder scene. Pool surface covered liberally with bugs.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty and sticky. The hot water never got hot enough. The sheets smelled and there was a stain on the bedspread. The front desk had very unprofessional people, one was a child. The tv went out and we could not stay another night.

Nothing was very clean. The lobby was dusty. The room were dirty, i droped p phone behind the nightstand it was very dirty. There was a dead roach in the window ledge. The towles were very thin and small. They used some kind of air spray throughout with a strong smell, i could smell it on my clothes when i got home.

Never Again

The check in was smooth and the front desk agent was lovely. The room was set up with 2 full size beds, small shower which had black mold in caulk lines. But I think the biggest complaint is the beds being so dang uncomfortable. The pillows flat as cardboard.
