Parking & Keys: Your booking includes one parking permit and a key for access to the outdoor area. Please display the parking pass visibly on your windshield and return it to the room upon departure. Per HOA regulations, replacing keys or parking permits incurs a $100.00 charge.

Cleaning Service: Your payment includes initial cleaning and room preparation, along with fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and complimentary bathroom items for 2 to 4 nights. Subsequent cleaning and garbage removal are the guest's responsibility.
