I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for amazing views right on the beach. If we return to Daytona Beach in the future this listing will be the first one I check for availability. It was great for our family of four. Pros:Amazing views. Great communication from our hosts, Dan & Lisa. Easy and quick check in experience. Condo was spacious, comfortable, and well-supplied/stocked with all essentials and many other items to make our stay more convenient and enjoyable. Easy beach access, and this section of the beach felt quieter and less busy than we were expecting. Secure parking garage. Located close to grocery store, restaurants, and activities. The view is worth mentioning again, simply spectacular!Cons:Water was shut off for several hours two days in a row while plumbing repairs were being made in other condos. I don’t believe this is a regular occurrence and it was not the fault of our host and they had no control of the timing or duration of these outages. However, our hosts did a great job of keeping us informed as information was available. Various construction/repairs were being made on the property during our stay which were noticeable visually and audibly (very minor annoyance, but only during the day, it was quiet at night). Overall our stay was great! The pros definitely far outweigh the cons. We would stay here again and recommend this condo to others. Thanks Dan and Lisa! Hopefully we’ll make it back sooner rather than later!

Very spacious

Great place, location was convenient, underground parking was very nice. The rooms were plenty big and very clean, kitchen was well furnished. It’s very high up, but it was quiet even if it was a little breezy, and the elevator was quick. The pool ended up closing due to a sink hole and the construction was a little ugly but it was a clean site and easy to maneuver around it. The sauna also was not available, we never were able to find it, but were told it was closed. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responsive. We had a great stay!
