THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE! I requested room cleaning on the second day of my stay because the normal cleaning hadn't been done on the first day, and the person at the reception informed me that I had to pay for the cleaning. Yesterday was my last day of stay, and when I arrived at the hotel with my wife, I was informed that the hotel was experiencing problems with the water supply for guests. The shower water was already not getting hot, and this problem made things even worse. We couldn't stay in a room without water to shower, practice personal hygiene, and use the toilet. I sent an email to the manager as instructed by the receptionist, and so far I haven't received any response regarding this inconvenience that my wife and I experienced. PLEASE! LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE SO YOU DON'T RUIN YOUR TRIP!

Staff was incredibly friendly, room was very clean--no bugs, no dirt, no concerns at all. Recently renovated and modern looking, well furnished with kitchen utensils, towels, even salt and pepper! Was a very comfortable stay and I will look to stay here again if I am in the area!

The staff was absolutely amazing! From check in to any questions needed answered. The staff was on it. Room was clean, spotless and even had a broom so if you brought in some sand. You could quickly sweep it up. Dishes were super clean & towels could be swapped out if needed. The waves from the ocean at night only made it soothing while on the deck, but made for some good deep sleep. We stayed for 3 days on a business trip and there was always parking available. The hotel is still going thru some renovations from previous Hurricanes, but you couldn't hear a thing from the on-site construction crew. They did there best to minimize any noise. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the stay. It is definitely a must stay! I will be back to stay for sure. Restaurants within walking distance and stores are nearby. Daytona raceway is an 12-15 minute trip which is nothing. A hidden gem in my opinion on Ormond Beach.

Most of the staff was great . There was one not so good rude and unfriendly . But others was great . First room we was in had to be moved 30 min after there power went out in room could not find prob so they moved us second room was ok . We rented two rooms second room had issues also fridge did not work they moved two dif fridges in till they got one that worked . My biggest complaint is I called ahead of time ask if they had pool hot tub up and working was told yes at same time ask if they had laundry facility was told yes they did well after rhere come to find out pool hot tub was working and great but laundry facility they claim to have was not working or operational at this time so that was inconvenient. Ocean view was great quit and clean they just need to be upfront and honest . Everything else was ok . Stayed 8 nights in two rooms with family

The room was nice, the pool was nice, the location was nice. The only issues we had was that they have a fire pit for guests but the whole weekend we were there we couldn’t use it because staff didn’t know how to turn it on. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all. It was about the same temp as the pool. The elevators are crazy slow. It would literally take like 10 minutes to catch one. Other than that not a bad place. Was right on the beach and the pool deck itself was nice.

Great except for required early checkout time

Great place! Small efficiency type rooms with stove and good size fridge. Snack bar downstairs and laundry( though it’s across the parking lot) were nice to have. I would say the only problem we had was the 10 am checkout time( too early) and when I called to ask about late check out, before I asked the desk clerk said “I am out of late checkouts” even though there were rooms available for the next day. So we had to rush out.

We stayed 5 nights total, and of thise 5 nights, 3 of them included a rude awaking by the construction happening just beneath our floorboards. The construction was literally taking place under our room with jackhammering, metal/concrete drilling, and metal/concrete sawing. We haven't had a chance or the money to vacation in over 3 years, and we spent a lot of money to be given this horrible experience. We understand that construction can't be avoided, but we were never warned, never given any apology, never given a heads up, and never received any notification it would be happening. It was extremely disappointing, and any customers should at the very least be given a warning. This hotel also had very little parking, and what parking they did have was very difficult to use.
