The space
Our studio is a Privately Owned 322 sq ft, second floor Studio, which accommodates up to 4 Guests and offers all the conveniences you need for a comfortable and carefree stay.

Key Features:

● 1 king size bed, 1 pull over sofa , TV with streaming capabilities & dresser.

● Kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, portable cook top with pots/pans for meal preparations. Dining table for 2.

● Bathroom has a tub/shower with a detachable shower head & includes all the basic toiletries to get you started.

● We also provide all the linens & towels.

● Take a dip in our beachfront pool or walk barefoot on the sandy shore, the ocean is our backyard.

● Don’t miss the dolphins swimming by in the mornings & the amazing Sunrises!

● Pool and direct beach access are open daily from 8:00 AM to sunset with gate code we provide.

● Guests have full access to the pool, common area courtyards and coin laundry.

●We provide 1 parking pass per condo . We request to place Parking pass in car as soon as check in the room.

● No trailer parking is allowed on the property.

*AC/HEAT: Our complex's cooling/heating systems are shared by all units. Each unit has a thermostat that can turn the system ON or OFF.
The Condominium Association controls whether the system is set to cooling or heating mode, depending on the temperatures.

■ If you have a larger group or two families , we do have another unit in same building with direct oceanfront view . Please message for more details to check availability and reserve both units.

We were upgraded to a room with an ocean view at the last minute and it did not disappoint! Parking was easy, directions to the condo were straightforward, we visited in February and did not see any homeless as stated in other reviews. The beach was clean and during the week we had it all to ourselves. The unit was spacious, clean towels and extra linen were provided.

Excellent apartment by the beach

The bed was comfy, the kitchenette was well organized and had everything we needed during our stay. Bathroom was clean and fresh towels were available. Parking lot had plenty of room and was easily accessible from the main road. Owner was very responsive to our messages and overall exceeded our expectations.

Nice stay

The condo was clean. Property Manager is really quick to respond. Location wasn't far from main Street. Bed was very firm. Overall nice place!
