Enter the foyer and your eyes focus on the view of the azure Atlantic Ocean! Directly across from the beach access with the option of going to the "traffic free" beach to the south or the driving beach to the north. The inviting living room is furnished comfortably and also has a pullout sofa bed. Prepare meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with newer appliances, ample storage & counter space and a convenient breakfast bar. The river view from the kitchen is spectacular! This spacious condo has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms Both bedrooms boast ocean and river views ! Primary bedroom has Queen bed, Second bedroom has one Queen bed and one bunk bed with full and twin mattress. Sip your morning coffee while you see beautiful sunrises from your private balcony facing east with gorgeous ocean views. The west side exterior also has room for seating to watch amazing sunsets!!
The sparkling swimming pool is located on the south side of the building so it gets sun all day! This building has a secured entryway and convenient laundry rooms located on each floor. There are also tennis/pickleball courts and a community club room. Close to shopping, restaurants, the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Park.
