St. Maarten Condominiums is home to fabulous resort amenities. Guests thoroughly enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub year-round! St. Maarten in the only condo complex in the city to have both an indoor pool and hot tub and an outdoor pool and hot tub. A deluxe fitness center, secure and assigned garage parking, additional above ground parking (up to 2 vehicles total per condo), oceanfront club room and kitchen, and tranquil oceanfront courtyard will have you feeling more like you are staying a 5-star resort than a condo complex. The sprawling oceanfront deck holds plenty of lounge chairs surrounding a large outdoor pool and hot tub.

Located in tranquil Daytona Beach Shores, St. Maarten is directly across from a homemade Popsicle shop, a locally-owner pizza resturant, a liquor store, and a beach shop. Located just a couple minute walk away is a golf cart and bicycle rental shop, Trader's oceanfront restuarant, a Winn-Dixie grocery store, and an IHOP.

Each room in this beautiful, oceanfront unit is tastefully adorned with furniture, televisions, linens and décor. The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, private balcony access, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom has his/hers vanities, a garden tub, and a spacious walk-in shower. The walk-in shower includes a low-ledge and an adjustable, hand-held shower head for those with accessability needs.

The first guest bedroom is more like a Jr. Suite and holds a twin/full bunk, Smart TV, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom boasts an ocean view, queen bed, Smart TV, and adjacnt full bathroom with an adjacent full bathroom. This guest bathroom contains a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy relaxing evenings in your oceanfront living room on comfortable furnishings while soaking in the ocean views. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen with an eat-in bar. After dinner, indulge in a cocktail or glass of wine along with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. In the morning, enjoy use of the coffee bar. Decompress on your sprawling, oceanfront balcony while listening to seagulls flying by, waves crashing into the shore, and feeling the soft ocean breeze. On the 8th floor, there's nothing to be heard but the sound of Seagulls flying by and waves crashing into the shore.

There's also a convenient, private laundry room included in the condo.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company on the mainland upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
