Welcome to 909 Ocean Vistas, an exquisite, newly updated oceanfront sanctuary offering a premium blend of luxury and comfort. This stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat features expansive suites, a large private balcony, and breathtaking views of both the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Perfect for families or groups, this bedroom features two comfortable bunk beds with memory foam mattresses—full-size on the bottom and twin-size on top—making it an ideal space for children or additional guests.

Thanksgiving week with family

We stayed at this rental property in Daytona Beach for the week of Thanksgiving while visiting our daughter, who is in school nearby and couldn’t come home for the holiday. The home was absolutely perfect for our family of five. It was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The views were breathtaking and could be enjoyed from nearly every part of the house. The balcony was a highlight for us—we spent countless hours there throughout the week enjoying the scenery and fresh air. The kitchen was another standout feature, fully stocked with every appliance we could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time together. Additionally, the owner was a pleasure to work with, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Family Beach Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family vacation with our adult kids and grandkids. The condo is spacious with large dining area and bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. The balcony is one of the best I’ve seen with beautiful ocean views. We appreciated the check-in process and the tour of the building and amenities. The pool and grounds are well maintained and common areas are great for relaxing with the family.
