The second bedroom is elegantly decorated and contains one queen bed with a full bathroom just across the hall. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed with an adjoining full bathroom.

The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and contains 4 bar stools for additional seating. The adjacent dining area for 6 overlooks the ocean.Nearby, the spacious living room boasts comfortable furnishings and breathtaking direct ocean views. This condominium even includes a full laundry room for added convenience. Step onto your private, wraparound balcony and enjoy the endless ocean views on abundant, comfortable patio furniture.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. The condo was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. The deck and view were incredible. We will definitely stay there again when we are at Daytona Beach. This will be our first choice! We were sad to leave. If your cooking, you might need to bring some of your own pans, if you're picky like I am.

Property was nice and clean. The condo we stayed in was very nice with nice furniture, the beds were a little more firm than we prefer but still good. Pool was open, cleaned daily but other guests were getting in the pool after being at the beach regardless of the signs posted stating to rinse off in the outdoor showers first. I recommend this property to other travelers.

We had a great stay here for our family vacation with young kids! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. It was so nice that they had a few beach gear items available for us to use. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit, too.There was a small issue with one of the beds when we arrived, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and had it fixed the very next day—no further problems after that. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the hosts were kind and helpful throughout our stay.The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained, and being right across the street from a Dollar General made grabbing any quick essentials super convenient. Overall, it was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy the beach!

Amazing Place Right on Daytona Beach

This place was incredible! Stayed with my son, 2 of his friends, my nephew and brother for almost a week. We attended the Rockville show at the Daytona speedway and this place was great. The bedrooms were large, beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were spacious, clean, plenty of towels. The kitchen was spacious, plenty of plates, pots, pans, just everything you need was there. A nice balcony to sit outside, the waves crashing against the shore sent the most peaceful sounds throughout the room, the sun rising over the horizon (simply beautiful!). Place has a great pool and hot tub, seconds from the beach itself which was also amazing. Easy entry, garbage shoot for a few doors down, parking was easy too. What was even better is that there's supermarkets in walking distance, a beach shop, diner, and plenty of places to play golf. Honestly, if I had to say something negative, the only thing I can think of is that the kitchen faucet ran very slow. Made washing dishes a bit longer than normal. I will honestly try to book this place every year for when Rockville is scheduled. I loved it, will return, and will most definitely recommend this place.

Amazing condo on the beach

We loved Daytona Beach so much! This apartment is great and very spacious. The check in process was simple, house was clean, and the location is unbeatable. My only issue is that I confirmed with the host that everything was fully operational following the storms, but the access to the beach was still unavailable. Aside from that, I highly recommend staying in this condo.

Everything was Great!!

Very nice & clean property. We really enjoyed our stay. Here are a couple of tips for first timers: there are two entrances to the property. The first is the upper parking lot which is the one we saw first. There is no garage access from the upper parking lot. You have to go back out to the street, turn right & the next entrance is on the right to the parking garage. I would Highly recommend going to the condo and checking out all the things that past guests have left so you don’t buy things you don’t need. We scheduled a grocery pickup on our way from the airport to the condo. We bought several things that we didn’t need. It was a great, relaxing & enjoyable vacation.

Extremely disappointing

My family and I stayed at this property January 2023 and were so pleased, we rebooked for January 2024. I was looking for beach property to purchase and engaged with a realtor. After this experience, I will never use Ocean Luxury Vacations again and have chosen to look in another state for property. CEO Crystal Anderson based her business on customer service but I have found her team to lack transparency and customer service. In 2023, my stay on the 2nd floor of OPUS Condominium was beautiful, waking up to see the ocean was a delight. The office manager in the building daily was helpful and informative. This stay in 2024 was horrible. Daily I woke to a 6 story crane, construction, large pieces of equipment moving in front of my window 8:00am-5:00pm. The driver of the crane and I locked eyes daily as I drank my coffee on the patio. After 5 days of construction and sea wall repair, I contacted Oceans Luxury Vacations through multiple text messages with video and emails. The response I received was filled with excuses and "we haven't heard from any other guests". Additionally, the reek of pot in the hallway was unexpected, however, we never saw the building manager in his office other than one day after our arrival. I work in the hospitality business, I understand construction, I understand customer service, I also understand transparency. Ocean Luxury Vacations displayed none of it.
