You'll love the safe, quiet neighbhood, with a peek of the river and only a block to the beach with quick, easy walking or driving access and a private heated pool. We're ready to rent again after our hurricane repairs!

Walk to Crabby Joe's on the pier, or a short drive to many unique restaurants in the immediate area. Ponce Inlet is only 10 minutes south and touristy Daytona Beach only 15 minutes north. Perfect location!

The spacious 3700 sqft home has a great layout! Big enough for several families. 4 large bedrooms with 3 having their own sitting area and 2 have desinated desk/work space. Cathedral ceilings in the main living room and kitchen have sliding doors that open to the large deck, leaving the home bright, airy and fun for entertaining. Many seperate areas to gather in, making it a inviting and relaxing place for multiple family / friend groups.

The Pool Area has a lounge area and bar height table and stools. Pool has a shallow shelf with loungers, depth ranges to a 5' 6" deep end with a bench. Pool is available to heat to 82 degrees at a charge of $150/rental period up to a week, although in summer months the sun can warm it naturally to above 90.

Please Note House Rules:
Quiet houses are 10pm - 8am.
Age Requirement: Anyone under the age of 23 must be accompanied by their parent.
No parties or events. Our rates are based upon 14 people or less, including any visitors.
Fireplace is decorative only and not to be used.
No Glass in Pool Area
No pets, Smoking or Vaping of any kind is prohibited. Pets or Smoking will be subject to a $500 cleaning fee and non-refundable cancellation of your stay.
Rental Agreement is required.
The property has exterior cameras that may record video, audio and still pictures.

Access: You will receive your own code, unique to you to smart lock entry.

Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Beds and back door

The beds downstairs aren't great, you can tell they're old and can feel all the springs. More than one of us ran into the glass door that leads to the upstairs balcony. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom is broken, hardly any water would come out. Other than this, the house is extremely spacious and gorgeous. The kitchen and living room are comfortable and modern and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. The balcony has plenty comfortable seating for big meals together and a great view of the sunset. With the excepcion of a few small inconveniences, we had a great stay at this house.

Great location/ spacious living

Excellent property!! The house is huge.

The property was clean, excellent location, beautiful kitchen and plenty space. Very close to the beach and there is a Publix and Dollar general close! I love the fast response from the owner every time we had a question. Definitely will consider again for the future.

Daytona Beach

Property was the best location, very short walk to the beach. Great Sq footage, like 4 master suites really. The living and dining room and deck were very spacious, and the family rm in the basement with the ping pong table was great for the kids. Hose outside to get the sand off was handy. We were walking distance to stores and restaurants as well. I would like to take the family there again.

Amazing property to visit Daytona

House is beautiful, it has so many areas where a group of friends or family can just enjoy their vacation. The location is perfect, close to the beach and close to many places to dine in. Communication with the property owner was great, they were helpful at any time we needed them

Great stay

Had a few incidents while we were there. The manager was able to get out the same day as the one incident but we had to wait a day til they could get someone out for the first one. Great location and was able to contact owners fairly easy.

Loved the house

The location was great, close to the beach, stores, places to eat or you can drive a little to Walmart or Sam's. I hate walking but the walk to the beach was never hard for me. Washed our clothes there at the house so when we got home everything was ready to be put up. It was just a relaxing vacation and I would love to go back.

Everything was very clean, spacious and comfortable!

Wonderful! We had 8 adults and could have fit twice as many people. It would also be a great set up for a family as 2 rooms had multiple beds.
