I guess they have certain rooms destined for hotels.com, they "lower" the price and you will find a real disaster. They don't even bother to turn on the A/C, when we arrived the room was an oven, minutes later it was unbearable to be there, we realized that the A/C did not cool. The bathroom extractor was a hole in the wall, everything looked ugly, old and unpainted. I had to go down looking for someone because the phone doesn't work. He changed us to another room, it looked different like newly remodeled but without a refrigerator or microwave, the man brought those that were in the other room. The room was for 4 with towels, shampoo and soap for 2, the towels old and worn (almost transparent). He said he couldn't give me more than that, that it was regulation of KRISHA RB INC for the price we were paying ($82.50). I've never encountered anything like this. When we had to sleep we found hairs on the sheets, something like they didn't change them after someone else used them. It was really unpleasant and disgusting, we had to stay because it was late and we were too tired to continue driving. I want my money back, they shouldn't offer this that can't even be called a hotel. The license for this place has expired, it's supposed to be illegal for them to operate without a license and even worse for them to advertise anywhere. Here is the data LICENSE NUMBER: MOT7601849
