Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und alt. Wir erhielten keine Informationen vor der Anreise. Im Gegenteil wir mussten vor Ort anrufen, um überhaupt Infos zu bekommen wie man zum und ins Appartement gelangt. Erst dann erhielten wir eine Datei aus der hervor ging, dass man Bettwäsche mitbringen muss. Als wir diese im Nachhinein bezahlen sollten, nahmen wir erneut Kontakt mit dem Vermietern auf und erklärten höflich (extra auf Französisch übersetzt, diese Mühe machte sich der Vermieter nicht seine Antwort auf Deutsch übersetzen zu lassen) unsere Situation und das wir keine Infos vorab hatten und baten um Erlass der Kosten. Wir hätten uns vorher melden sollen. Aber im Urlaub möchte ich eigentlich gerne entspannen und mich nicht damit herum schlagen, daher schrieben wir erst im Nachhinein. Auch das verstand er nicht. Auch mein Vorschlag die Hälfte der Kosten zu bezahlen, ging er nicht ein. Er hätte alles richtig gemacht. Kundenfreundlichkeit war nicht vorhanden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
