Staff (only ever saw one person) not very friendly. Not provided wifi password, had to call and ask or it. My phone would not let me connect to the wifi; it just kept giving me a message that the connection was not safe. There was an ottoman in the room that most of the leather covering was worn off. Most of the paint on the sidewalks was gone or peeling. Not very impressed.

DeQueen is a very small town, and there are no 5 star properties there. The Western Plaza is a clean motel with friendly service. Restaurants nearby and daily housekeeping.
