Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, this family-friendly space features a queen bed, sofa bed, and one full bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 3 guests. It’s a great fit for small families, couples, business travelers, or weekend adventurers.

While the apartment does not include a full kitchen, families will appreciate the slow cooker, rice cooker, and essential cooking supplies, making it easy to prepare simple meals, breakfasts, or snacks. The apartment is climate-controlled with air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year.

Conveniently located between Daytona Beach and Orlando, this quiet retreat offers a peaceful escape from crowded tourist areas while remaining close to Central Florida’s top attractions. You’ll enjoy your own private space at the back of the house, with a separate entrance. The front of the home is rented separately, but guests do not share any spaces. You’ll also have two dedicated parking spots in the back, clearly marked with rocks for your convenience.
