When my family and I checked in, we were placed in a room that was completely unacceptable. There were rat droppings, stained bedding, and when the bathroom light was turned on, roaches scattered. The room also smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke, as if dozens had been smoked in it. We immediately went to the front desk and were told it was their busiest day of the season and they weren’t sure if another room was available. Only after requesting a refund were we offered one last room. While this room smelled slightly better, it had its own serious issues: the ceiling light was barely hanging by the cord, the sink area was covered in hair as if someone had just shaved, and there was no running water. After returning to the front desk again, we were told a water line had been hit and the city was supposedly coming to fix it. We checked in at 7:16 PM, and by 10:30 PM, the water still had not been restored. At that point, we requested a refund and left the property. We were told the manager would not be on site until Monday. It has now been four days, and we still have not received a refund. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Do not stay here.

The room was filthy and it had bugs through out the room . I checked out 10 minutes after I checked in , currently waiting on my refund for the two rooms I’d rented.

I booked two rooms both room where discussing the first on there was a hole in the roof and one of the beds where wet and you could see the roof dripping water the toilet was not clean and the walls had cobwebs on them the second room was just as bad the chair and the desk looked like they got it out of the trash there was a hole in the wall black crap on the walls just a all around bad we didn't even stay the night and still fighting with the refund.

Booked 2 rooms, had to be switched rooms 3 times due to beds not having any bedding or amenities, last room has black mold on floors between beds, ceiling, and in bathroom. There was also poorly repaired ceiling pieces showing mold and water leaks. Staff advised me she couldnt do nothing due to me already paying. Put family in the other room due to mold issue and found cockroaches! Ended up sleeping in my car with my family.

Who knows when the last time the floor was mopped, my feet turned black from walking on the floor for a few hours. Mud (i hope it was mud) was splatted and dried on one of the head boards, mosquitoes squashed in the shower, and coffee but no coffee maker!?!?! No kleenex but had a holder...only good thing about it was...it was a place with a bed. It wasnt worth $600 for 3 nights at all!!!

Yes Shower was a trickle of water Shower didn’t drain Blankets didn’t fit bed Outlet in bathroom didn’t work Requests to have these fixed on day 1 made and by day 3 nothing had been fixed They didn’t clean our room or empty trash There was poop crusted on sides toilet when we arrived Toilet paper used to patch holes in the wall Exp red better from a Wyndham Hotel Asked day 2 again for repairs and cleaned room and still nothing Was horrible three days

Staff was fine upfront. Blood stains in bathroom, old towels in room, very dirty, missing baseboard, door improperly closed and there was no water. Extreme letdown for someone who frequently patrons Wyndham properties. Cleanliness just takes effort! b room
