Please note that the driveway is a shared space. Your host occupies the upstairs unit, ensuring your privacy while remaining available to assist with any needs during your stay.

This is a private basement walkout apartment within a two-unit home. I’m the host and occupy the upper unit. You’ll have exclusive use of the entire lower-level apartment and the fully fenced backyard during your stay. The apartment has its own private entrance and has been soundproofed to a reasonable extent. However, as with most multi-unit homes, some normal household sounds may still be heard between floors.
