During your stay with us, you will have access to our National Park Pass. This pass provides free entry to Banff National Park and most National Historical Sites in and around the park.
The resort team works hard to keep the pool and hot tub in excellent condition for guests. However:
• If temperatures drop below -20°C (-4°F), the pool and/or hot tub may be temporarily closed for safety.
• Maintenance or repairs may occasionally be required.
These instances are rare, and we’ll do our best to notify guests in advance of any closures.
