It took over 15 minutes to check in. The TV didn't work and the water pressure was quite low. Beyond that the cafe was excellent. A repair man slowed up to fix the TV. He tried very had but was not able to get it to work. We would recommend and plan on starting here again.

The room had been newly decorated. It was so cute in a western theme. It was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The restaurant was having a special for breakfast for .79. It was only .79.

Booked my room from February, only to walk in and be told that I didn’t have a reservation. Spent almost 2 hours at the front desk. They tried to tell me to leave and call Expedia to get a refund, or book another hotel , right at Sturgis rally, where all hotels are overpriced. They finally pushed me to another neighboring hotel, and didn’t even really apologize , and seemed like I was done a favor when they found a room at an affiliate hotel.
