Enjoyable stay, I particularly like the room setup. Only one thing to mention I disliked. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. After a shower or bath the room becomes stuffy.

We had a king jacuzzi suite. Super fun to have the big tub. However, the shower was ridiculously low - I am 5'8" and couldn't fit under the shower head. My husband is 6'4" and could fit in the shower at all - the ceiling is extremely low! If you're under 5'5" you're allowed a good shower. Everyone else, be prepared.

Comfortable and great deal for a one night stay. Not having an elevator was an issue for one of our party who has knee problems and has difficulties doing stairs, but he managed with help.

You could tell it was an older property, but they are working on it. The bed was comfortable, and pillows were plenty. It was clean. The breakfast was very good. We were disappointed that the whirlpool jets were not working and found a lot of hair in it. I don't think they cleaned it much. We didn't use the pool or whirlpool as didn't feel it was clean enough. Staff was very friendly but when asked about the area they didn't know too much about things.

The building itself looked old and outdated. The room was nice though, clean. Wi-Fi was weak. The shower pressure was low and the shower head was small. Staff was very friendly though.

Pet fee ridiculous

The hot tub was not working. Why can't hotels keep things in working order? Also the $40 pet fee for one small dog was an unpleasant surprise.

The woman who checked me in was very nice! We traveled with 2 animals and she already had a pet room ready for us. Told us about the breakfast, when checkout was.
