Property colors were cold and sterile not warm and inviting. Booked through expedia who said no additional charges. Received a bill for $31.96 from Property for parking when checking out. Ridiculous and consumer fraud!!

Mediocre.

It was confusing to find the check in for the hotel up one story, not ground level. They should do a better job of advertising that the Hilton “Tru” line is a bare bones hotel with very few amenities in the room. Since it’s a casino downstairs there are plenty of loud, drunk people to interrupt your sleep.

Person checking us in was less than enthused about her job. Was very impersonal and rude. Mattress and pillows were terrible! Stains on the pillow cases and comforter. For what we paid this was all very disappointing!!
