Located just 150 yards from the beach, this charming chalet offers a relaxing and comfortable base for coastal breaks on Kent’s picturesque coastline. Sleeping four guests comfortably across two bedrooms (one king and one twin room), Chalet No.10 is ideal for couples, friends, families looking to unwind by the sea. Inside, you will find a homely space, with thoughtful touches throughout. The modern bathroom has an electric walk in shower, and the living space has been thoughtfully designed to offer coastal charm and relaxed comfort. Outside, the chalet is set in the grounds of the holiday park so there is a communal lawn area right outside your chalet. There is also a more private decked area at the front of the Chalet, with outdoor furniture, including a table, chairs and parasol, perfect for alfresco dining after a busy day at the beach. Guests can enjoy all the excellent facilities of the holiday park, including an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, play park and small shop which sells essentials and ice creams. With the beach just a few minutes' walk away and scenic coastal paths to explore, there is so much to see and do without ever needing to get in the car. The Zetland Arms is a lovely pub on the beach in Kingsdown - perfect for relaxed family meals. Whether you are looking to relax and enjoy the park facilities, spend time by the sea, or explore the historic castles and nearby towns, Chalet No.10 is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Kingsdown.

Living room with two sofas, Smart TV, coffee tables, lamps, books, games. The fireplace is decorative and is not in use.

Kitchen / Dining Area

Modern kitchen with electric hob and oven, under counter fridge with small freezer unit, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetiere. Dining room with table and chairs to seat four. There is no washing machine or tumble dryer at the property due to limited space within the kitchen. Washing facilities are available in the park (paid).

Bathroom

Ground floor modern bathroom has a handbasin, walk in electric shower and WC.

First Floor

Twin Bedroom

Twin bedroom - Sleeps 2 with two single beds, chest of drawers.

King Size Bedroom

King size bedroom - Sleeps 2 with king size bed, wardrobe chest, bedside cabinets.

Things You Need to Know

Towels and linen are provided.
Wi-Fi access.
Electric heating throughout individually controlled.
There is a high chair and cot at the property. Please note that we do not provide cot linen, you will need to bring this.
Outdoor seating with rattan furniture and cushions.
The park has an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, volleyball,crazy golf and children’s playground. You will need to bring your own equipment for all activities. Crazy golf clubs and balls can be hired from the reception.

House Rules

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the property at any time. Please no charging of vapes or e-scooters.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.

This chalet offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
