Brand new June 2025. Unwind and relax in this modern newly built, air conditioned annex above our triple garage in the grounds of our countryside family home.
Boasting countryside views with spacious open plan living area, a double sofa bed including comfortable memory foam mattress, Simba pillows, Simba duvet and Simba bedding for an ideal nights sleep.
Open plan full working kitchen, dining area and reading nook to cater for all your needs.
Separate bedroom offering built in air conditioning unit, a kingsize bed with luxury Simba mattress, Simba pillows, Simba duvet and Simba sheets for the perfect nights sleep with the added bonus of super fast fibre and a 32” smart tv.
Modern bathroom with power shower, soft 100% cotton towels and complimentary toiletries.

As you step into the annex you’ll see the open plan living area and kitchen. You’ll be greeted by a 50” smart tv and 3 seater sofa which converts into a double bed. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay including an under counter fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker and ceramic hob with extractor fan. A large sink, with hand soap, sponges, dish soap, kitchen towels and tea towels also with the luxury of a slimline dishwasher, cleaning tablets included. You’ll find a microwave, 4 slice toaster, cafetière and kettle with complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. The kitchen provides frying/saucepans, plates/bowls, cutlery, glasses snd utensils. Also included are chopping boards, a cheese grater, jug and weighing scales. You’ll always find oil, salt and pepper to help with your cooking needs. Bottled water and milk in the fridge with complimentary cereals to ensure you don’t go hungry.
We also provide food and water Bowls for furry friends.
There’s a dining area that seats four, with bar stool style tables and chairs.
Our reading nook area is perfect to sit and relax enjoying a hot drink in the morning, with incredibly comfy swivel chairs. We also provide a fan to ensure you stay cool during the summer.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle with power shower, toilet and basin with a shaving point. You’ll find toilet roll, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash with towels for all guests.
The bedroom is very spacious and comfortable with a large ceiling fan. Boasting a comfortable kingsize bed with bedside tables and lamps, a chest of drawers, full size mirror and open plan wardrobe including hangers. The bedroom also features a 32” smart tv and all luxury bedding is included.

The area of great Mongeham boasts many places to visit from country side walks to beautiful beaches, a great base to explore the Kent coast.
Just a short 5minute drive to the historic town of Deal with its beautiful seafront perfect for a relaxing walk. Discover unique shops, high end restaurants and delightful cafes in the town centre. Deal also features a vibrant arts scene with galleries and local events. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy cycling, fishing, and water-sports. Whether you’re interested in history, shopping, or outdoor activities, Deal has something for everyone. Plan your trip to this charming town and experience all it has to offer.

We are conveniently centrally located for easy exploring of the coastal towns in the south east of Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Margate, Herne bay, Whitstable, Dover and Folkestone. All within a short drive.
Not forgetting the city of Canterbury, one of the most beautiful mediaeval cities in England and a popular destination for tourists, Canterbury boasts cobbled streets, peaceful rivers and the architectural masterpiece that is the cathedral in the centre.

With a short 15 minute drive to the port of Dover and a 30 minute drive to Le Shuttle at Euro Tunnel , our dog friendly, self check in, minimum 1 night stays are a perfect stop over for a smooth restful journey. No matter what time you plan to arrive or depart.

Please note this is a first floor annex with stairs and is situated next to a 30mph country lane with no footpath.

We kindly ask if you could ensure that any items used from the kitchen are placed into the dishwasher with a cleaning tablet provided and switched on for a cleaning cycle ready for our next guests.
