Outside, the private garden offers a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink as the sun goes down. There's a useful back gate for easy access to the beach, or to bring bikes in. The long pebble beach is just around the corner, along with the iconic pier and vibrant town centre, filled with independent shops, galleries, and excellent places to eat. Keen golfers will love being close to one of the country’s top links courses, and for history lovers, Deal, Walmer Castle and Dover Castles are all nearby. You are also perfectly placed for coastal walks, days out in Sandwich or St Margaret’s Bay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside or outside the property at any time. No charging of e-cigarettes or e-scooters for fire safety reasons.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
