Séjour dans le noir

Quand je suis arrivée dans l’ appartement , le volet roulant du séjour était cassé. Impossible de le relever! Il n’ a pas pu être réparé pendant mon séjour car 1 pièce a changer. . J’ ai passé mon séjour de 6 jours à la lumière électrique ! Je suis très mécontente de ne pas avoir été prévenue à l’ avance et je désire une indemnité substantielle.
