Triplex apartment of 59m2, bright, with large balcony and views of the basin and the sea. Close to the city center and all amenities, ideally placed for quiet and relaxing nights.
Free parking spaces at the foot of the residence "LES EMBRUNS". Located on the 2nd floor (elevator) with the intermediate level: a bathroom with bath and shower head and heated towel rail. The toilets are independent. On the lower level: a bedroom with a large double bed equipped with a quality mattress, a small bedroom-cabin with large double bed and sink area, on the upper level: a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher / a large family fridge with 3 freezer / 4 burner hob / oven, microwave / toaster / coffee / tea maker / Nespresso, all crockery for 6 persons, crustacean service, many cooking utensils and all the condiments necessary for preparing good meals.
Large bay windows overlooking the pool and the sea, south-west facing balcony equipped with 2 sunbeds, an outdoor table and 2 summer chairs.
Well equipped apartment for your comfort, functional and tastefully decorated, with free WIFI internet access.
The beds of the rooms are made with beautiful duvet covers giving you a good sleep, towels available for all guests.
Just drop your bags and enjoy your stay. The car is not essential. A restaurant-creperie "the pirate" at 50 meters. Access to the beach 500 meters through the dike by taking the footbridge near the apartment, without vehicles, securing for children. Ideal for jogging.
For your outdoor activities, for children and adults, 500 meters several tennis courts, miniature golf, ponies / horseback rides. At 900 meters, swimming pool and Thalasso. 3 18-hole golf courses, polo and yearling sales in summer. Sailing courses at the sailing club Trouville.
To get to Trouville, you are on foot nearby. A ferry is 500 meters to cross the Touques by water taxi (La Touques is the shipping channel that separates Deauville and Trouville). The Trouville and Deauville market on Sunday mornings are ideal for sourcing local products (seafood and vegetables). Market in Deauville every summer day, school holidays and Saturdays.
Beautiful walks and discovery of Honfleur, Etretat, Houlgate, Cabourg and you are just 1 hour from Normandy landing beaches D-DAY.

During the months of July and August, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights minimum.
