Le logement est conforme aux photos, mais l’expérience avec la conciergerie a été compliquée. L’arrivée a demandé de nombreux appels et échanges de mails avant d’obtenir les coordonnées de la personne chargée de nous accueillir. Cela a rendu le check-in bien plus stressant que prévu.L’appartement se situe au 2e étage sans ascenseur, ce qui peut surprendre pour une résidence récente. Les toilettes sont peu pratiques, car un meuble installé juste au-dessus limite l’espace.Autre point : la conciergerie ne semble pas bien connaître le logement, puisqu’on nous avait indiqué qu’il n’y avait pas de lave-vaisselle, alors qu’il y en a bien un sur place.Heureusement, Sohaib, présent sur les lieux, a été très réactif et serviable, ce qui a permis de compenser les difficultés rencontrées
