We are about 1 hour away, but we can easily be contacted by airbnb messenger and if there are any issues we will resolve them in a timely manner.

We live about an hour away, checking in will be done via a code. We always strive to be available for messages/calls when our guests need us. We also have someone on-staff monitoring messages throughout normal business hours.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a coffee hut right outside the neighborhood, (be sure to check out Java Hut for coffee).

 It is walk-able to several stores including a Walgreens for any essentials.
