Disgusting home

We couldnt get in or get ahold of owner at check in time, so we couldnt cancel before check in time. Home is in a bad neighborhood. Kitchen cabinets full of junk and pans etc were nasty. Fridge was dirty and mildew in freezer. Bedroom1 pillows were brown and old. Bedroom 2 there was saw dust all over the bed and there was either mold, or bug feces onbox springs. Bedroom 3 had no sheets on the bedand stains all over pillows. There was no heat coming into any of the bedrooms. There was snow and it hadnt been shoveled. Owner said he would make it right with what we paid because it was acceptable the way it was. Bathroom tub wasnt clean the bathmat was brown with nastyness. Toilet wasnt attatched to floor.
