The property features a two-storey luxury villa and a separate two-storey treehouse, offering a unique stay experience for families, couples, friends and groups. There are 6 bedrooms with 8 beds in total, including 6 double beds and 2 single beds, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The property has 4 premium air-conditioned rooms and 2 comfortable non-air-conditioned rooms.

The treehouse rooms offer a special nature-inspired stay with beautiful surroundings and outdoor spaces where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. The villa provides spacious and comfortable living areas along with easy access to the property's lawns, gardens and common facilities.

Entertainment is available throughout the property. Selected rooms have Smart TVs with complimentary access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, JioHotstar and YouTube. For a cinematic movie night experience, a projector can be arranged on request at an additional charge. Karaoke and games are also available on request.
