I booked this property through Expedia for three rooms and got confirmation from Expedia about the booking with confirmation number,but on reaching the property, I was told that the hotel has not received any booking from Expedia . Later on they said that they have received booking from Expedia, but due to excessive online booking by the hotel , they have no room available. We had

Terrible service. Booked a 2-King + 2-Sofa family room, but The Leo Hotel refused it. Spent 4 hours with support with no resolution. Was promised at least a ₹3K refund within 72 hours, but received nothing. Very unprofessional team. Fix this.
