Apartment 'Fewo Birkenallee - Rose' with Private Terrace

Our stylishly furnished apartment "Rose" on the 1st floor offers comfortable relaxation for 2 people in loft character. Come to relax and unwind and take advantage of the cultural offers near and far.



We are Anneli and Wolfgang Hauschild and welcome you to our vacation apartments Birkenallee. Our cozy village Deinste belongs to the municipality of Fredenbeck in the district of Stade. The place is characterized by modern agriculture and idyllic landscape. Our house in Birkenallee is located on a 25,000 m² natural property with a beautiful large flower garden. It is located directly next to the nature reserve and on the route of the historic "Moorexpress-Bahn", which runs from Stade to Worpswede and on to Bremen. The house was built in 1966 and was completely renovated and converted into three stylish vacation apartments in 2013.



We also offer the apartment 'Apfel' for 2 pers. and 'Lavendel' for 4 pers. (extra bed for 5th and 6th pers. possible).



Deinste is easy to reach via the main roads B 73 and B 74. From the highway A 1, exit Hollenstedt, you can reach us in about 40 minutes.

Waste separation. When moving out, leave the apartment swept clean and in proper condition. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee will be charged. Consideration for other guests. Observance of the night's rest. Close windows/doors when leaving the apartment. Conscious use of electricity, water and heating. The landlord is not liable for items brought by the guest. The guest is liable for all damages that he, his fellow travelers or his visitors have culpably caused in the house of the apartment, in the apartment itself or on the inventory of the apartment. If the keys are lost, the guest must pay compensation for their replacement and, if necessary, for the installation of new locks and for consequential damage.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
