Our stylishly furnished apartment "Rose" on the 1st floor offers comfortable relaxation for 2 people in loft character. Come to relax and unwind and take advantage of the cultural offers near and far.



We are Anneli and Wolfgang Hauschild and welcome you to our vacation apartments Birkenallee. Our cozy village Deinste belongs to the municipality of Fredenbeck in the district of Stade. The place is characterized by modern agriculture and idyllic landscape. Our house in Birkenallee is located on a 25,000 m² natural property with a beautiful large flower garden. It is located directly next to the nature reserve and on the route of the historic "Moorexpress-Bahn", which runs from Stade to Worpswede and on to Bremen. The house was built in 1966 and was completely renovated and converted into three stylish vacation apartments in 2013.



We also offer the apartment 'Apfel' for 2 pers. and 'Lavendel' for 4 pers. (extra bed for 5th and 6th pers. possible).



Deinste is easy to reach via the main roads B 73 and B 74. From the highway A 1, exit Hollenstedt, you can reach us in about 40 minutes.

Pros: Wir haben die Wohnung nur als Schlafstätte benutzt, haben aber gesehen, dass sie in der Küche sehr gut eingerichtet ist. Sie eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt zu Radtouren oder zur Erkundung der Umgebung - Stade/Hamburg. Von Stade aus ist man sehr schnell mit der S-Bahn in HH.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe ins Detail ausgestattet. Der Name "Rose" traf genau zu. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gern weiter. Es fehlte an nichts, alles sehr sauber. Wer Ruhe mag, ist hier genau richtig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter bei Fragen war jederzeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Wir haben sehr kurzfristig eine Unterkunft für lediglich eine Nacht gesucht, und sind bei Frau und Herrn Hauschild fündig geworden. Gott sei Dank!! Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Selbst nach 18:00 Uhr ein herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang. Danach Führung durch die Räumlichkeiten, die eher den Eindruck eines hochwertigen Apartments als den einer Ferienwohnung machten. Sehr gut überlegte Raumaufteilung und BESTE, wirklich BESTE, Ausstattung. Dazu noch liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert!! Alles vorhanden, vom Kaffeelöffel bis zum Mixer, über Gläser für jeden Anlass, Geschirr und Porzellan für jeden Essenswunsch von der Mikrowelle über den Herd mit Backofen, den Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierabteil bis hin zur großen Spülmaschine bleibt in der voll ausgestatteten Küche kein Wunsch offen. Dazu gehört ein Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen, eine bequeme Sitzecke mit SAT TV und Radio runden den Wohnbereich ab. Quasi um's Eck befindet sich der Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett (mit meinem Eindruck nach neuen oder zumindest neuwertigen Matratzen) einem Nachtschrank und Beleuchtung. Von dort erreicht man das für ein Dachgeschoss sensationell große Bad, mit Waschbecken, Toilette und großer 90 x 90 Dusche. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, sollte besser daheim bleiben. Alles in der Wohnung ist neuwertig, nichts abgegrabbelt oder war schon vorher bei jemandem in jahrelangem Besitz oder Gebrauch. Resueme: NUR ZU EMPFEHLEN (Oder besser nicht, dann ist Besetzt wenn wir kommen wollen :-))) Einen ganz lieben Gruß aus Aurich Christiane und Michael
