As you enter this pet friendly one bedroom Quarrymen’s cottage on the outskirts of the quaint village of Delabole, you will feel immediately immersed in the character of this cosy traditional Cornish cottage, charmingly presented with original wooden beams and slate flooring.

Following a full day of exploring all of that Cornwall has to offer, with the property ideally located a short drive from the A39 running through the entirety of the county, you will enter into the living room with inviting leather sofas, wood burning stove and and smart TV. Through the cosy living room, you will find the large, kitchen and dining area, which provides all of the ammend ties that you will need on your self catering break away, washing machine, microwave, cooker, toaster, and fridge-freezer. From here you have access to the fully enclosed garden with patio furniture for two and a safe space for your four-legged travel companions.

The opposite side of the living area is where you will find the ground floor bathroom, with bath tub and a hand held overhead shower.

The bedroom in the property can be found at the top of the stairs, through a dressing area/landing with with dressing table and wardrobe. The comfortable double bed and bedside tables as well as a further wardrobe provide ample space for all of your belongings whilst visiting North Cornwall.
