Poor quality. When we turned the fan on the in the bathroom a popping sound started from the outlet near the sink. The sink drain line leaked and we had to keep a towel on the floor the whole time. We found that out because my daughter slipped heading to the bathroom.

Hotel was really nasty. When we got in first room it had stains on bed, chair and also floors. Then asked to move to different room then the same thing was there. I should’ve left but didn’t it was 2am and was too tired to leave but would’ve rather stayed in my car

The breakfast was very average. They were low on items. Cereal variety was meager. There were very few guests and they grouped us all in same area. Mine was a connecting room. Could hear every cough, clearing of the throat and fussing baby.

I've stayed at many Wyndham properties without any concerns. Not so with this hotel. Staff was unfriendly. Our room was dirty with dust bunnies, floor sticky and stuff on it from previous occupant, and there was "stuff" on the bathroom wall. Bathroom was beyond small; we nearly had to step into the tub to close the door and we are not large people. Fire alarm went off in the room and staff didn't really care at all, and the door locks were broken. Honestly if I hadn't been so tired, I'd have gone elsewhere.

Pool was closed for maintenance . Had Roaches. Furniture was damaged. Breakfast food was undercooked. Staff was rude or acted like they did not understand, example showed owner a pic of roaches and they just looked and said “yes, a bug”!

Terrible stay!

This hotel was to say the least subpar Unfortunately, we had no other options in the area due to an event in that area It was full of mold and dirty. The only thing we did is sleep there. This place should be inspected by the health department at least ! We try to get a refund. They said we had to use this platform…. Needless to say was def negative impact on our weekend!

Hotel was very accessible and had plenty of parking. Location was very convenient for dining and shopping. That being said, it was mediocre when it came to cleanliness and maintenance. Our reservation indicated that 3 people would be staying in the room and so there weren't enough towels available when we checked in. When we requested more towels from the front desk, we were not given what we asked for. The towel on the bathroom floor had boot marks on it and the top sheet on one of the beds also had some marks on it. At least the floors appeared to be vacuumed and there were no bedbugs. Lastly half of the lamps in the room were not working. Overall, this hotel has a convenient location and is okay to stay in if you won't be in your room for most of the time.

It was Fine by Me

Parking was easy, right in front of the hotel. The place was clean, breakfast was the typical hotel free breakfast of waffles, hot/cold cerals, muffins and breads. The pool was closed as stated by many previous reviews of it always being closed for maintenance.

The first room they put us in, had the smoke detector taken out and the electrical wires hanging down, the floors were coming up and/or pieces chipping off in both of our rooms.The lamps were rusted and the shades were broken.The toilet was not bolted down.
